Complete a Survey About Emergencies and People with Vision and Hearing Disabilities

The Governor’s Commission on Disabilities is conducting a survey to understand the needs of Floridians with vision and hearing disabilities in emergencies. If you have a vision or hearing disability, please visit http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/430588/Emergency-Response-Sensory-Disability to complete a five minute survey about your preferences. All responses are anonymous and will be combined into a report that will be used to make recommendations to state emergency planners.
